Our intranet success team will provide launch and adoption support and then help you with continual review and improvement on an ongoing basis.

SharePoint Intranet Build Services
We find that the majority of common intranet requirements can be met with standard functionality of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, so we rarely need to do any custom development. We can help with specific functionality where required but will also guide you on what’s possible with the tools that are readily available.
We only work with SharePoint Online these days, as it is so readily available and helps maximise the capabilities of Microsoft 365.
We have a technical helpdesk for where things go wrong or if you need help with functionality. Our Intranet Success Programme can help regularly health check your intranet and deliver continual improvements. Included within the programme is call-off consultancy resource and ongoing training for when there are changes within your intranet team.
We would typically allow 12 weeks to cover the full process, from planning through to launch, but can do things quicker depending on your requirements.
We provide an end-to-end process which includes planning, design, build and training. We can guide you through the full process or just help with selected activities if you have already got some things covered.

Yes, support for content migration is available as one of the implementation services.
Yes, Engage is very flexible allowing you control of changes if you wish or to get help from our team if you prefer. Your intranet should expand to meet business needs. We expect that you will want to make changes ongoingly.
Yes, Engage can also be used as a secure extranet to share information with people outside of your organisation such as contractors, partners, clients and suppliers.
Absolutely, Engage is fully responsive and also has a mobile app.
No, there is no physical limit and users can be staff and external parties.
Yes, regular product updates are provided as part of your ongoing subscription service.
Engage can be hosted in our hosting environment or in your datacentre of choice (including on premise). Our hosting service is UK based and utilises private cloud servers.
Authentication and access control are fundamental to Engage and users will only be able to access the information that you want them to see.
We have all the appropriate measures in place to support your GDPR compliance, including functionality to allow you to exercise any right to be forgotten requests from ex-staff members.
Yes, we integrate with the best of Microsoft 365.
Engage can integrate with your existing business systems to make their contents more visible and easier to access. Examples of common integrations include employee details from HR systems and documents from external document management systems.
An Engage intranet can be launched in as little as a week. Most clients like to plan their intranet thoroughly and allow plenty of time for content loading. The typical implementation from start to finish is 4-12 weeks.
Our standard term is a 3-year agreement as most clients look to make a long-term commitment to their intranet project.
It is possible to implement Engage without any set-up costs, but we typically provide a package of implementation services to tailor Engage to your specific requirements. Implementation costs would apply to the planning, design and build service as well as training.
We charge an annual subscription fee which includes all licencing, product updates, hosting, mobile app and support & maintenance. The annual subscription fee will depend on your number of users.
